The Art of Plating debuted its inaugural Rising Talent list, a list of 16 outstanding culinary and hospitality professionals. The Art of Plating was founded in 2013 by Maria Nguyen, the media and events company is best known for its aesthetically pleasing Instagram feed @theartofplating, which has more than 896,000 followers at the time of publication. The company generates more than 3.5 million impressions per week across all channels, with creativity at the core of everything they do. “Our mission is to inspire creativity in the kitchen and use our platform for the better,”.
